Our history and heritage

Our combined heritage, which has been created by the integration of Schroders and Cazenove Capital, is unique in the investment world.

Both companies have their history in trade finance that saw the City of London develop into a major commercial and financial centre at the beginning of the 19th Century. In the 1970s we opened various global offices including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Switzerland and other Continental European countries. We further expanded in 1991 by opening an office in the Channel Islands.

Cazenove Capital is founded on the strength and integrity that underpinned two great family companies for centuries and will continue to be fundamental to the way we look after all our clients.

It is this enduring commitment to exceptional levels of service and expertise that really sets us apart.
